Western customers: the list of named pilot customers that UBTech provides are all Chinese EV manufacturers, and Western customers should do their homework to figure out how this program will fit their strategy if they buy in, given that the product is run by an Asian firm, 2. Commercial service geographic differences: service is still light on the Western side versus Asia for the industrial customers, so you’ll want to make sure you get clarity from the company as to what their service response looks like in your area of the world and whether or not you’re okay with that, and 3. Speed of behavior development: we’re in a good spot with the qualified behaviors of Walker S2, but the qualified behaviors will continue to build as more partners get into the pilot programs. It’ll require ongoing engagement with UBTech to add new behaviors rather than self-service adding behaviors to the robot, as many industrial customers need a lot of behaviors.
